Latte

Questions, answered.

For students

What is Latte?
The calm layer between your courses and your day. It catches deadlines, changes and what the prof only said out loud, and turns them into three things to do next.
Do I have to leave Telegram, WhatsApp or Discord?
No. Keep your groups where they are. Latte is the day, not another place to talk.
What can I connect?
Your Moodle calendar (any ICS link), Google Calendar both ways, a syllabus PDF, and anything you type in one line. Everything with a date also goes back out to the calendar app you already use.
Does Latte use AI?
A little, and never to hand you the answer. Every assist is labelled as one and guardrailed: Latte never explains your course material and never answers an assessed task. It tells you what to do next; the learning stays with you, your school and the tools you already use.
Can my school see me?
No. Your school only ever sees a whole section, and only when at least five students are in the group. No screen, export or endpoint on the school side takes a person as an input.
Where is my data?
In Switzerland/EU. You can delete your account yourself, at any time.
What does it cost?
Nothing, for everything you need to run your day. A semester pass (€39.99 once, pro-rated, never renewing) adds shortcuts. If your school covers your programme, you get the pass for free.
How do I get my school on it?
Send the petition from the app: one prewritten email to the person responsible for first-year success at your school.
Why “three things”?
Because the list is the stressor. Every screen in Latte is capped; you never open a wall.

For coaches and institutions

What does an institution see?
Section-level views only: early disengagement by section and week, assessment load across a programme, and workload against the ECTS norm. Every view is aggregated over groups of five or more; anything smaller is suppressed on the server.
Can we identify a student who is behind?
No. No reporting screen, export or endpoint accepts a student-level dimension. A student who is behind can request your institution's own support from the app; you see how many requests and when, never from whom.
What are the contractual terms?
Data hosted in Switzerland/EU under a data-processing agreement, an audit trail of every institutional action, and transparent per-seat billing with the pilot fee credited on conversion.
How does a pilot start?
One programme, one semester. You select the programme, co-sign the evaluation design and recommend Latte to the cohort; the signals are live from week 1. Write to us to set one up.
I coach a section. What do I get?
Post once and every member of your section gets it as a dated item in their day. Coach and delegate tools are free and are being built with the first pilot sections.
