  1. Prospect

    €0

    Portal access: seats, weekly adoption aggregated over groups of five or more, renewal status. No entitlements. The starting point for an institution nobody has sold to yet.

  2. Pilot

    €1.50 per seat per semester, credited on conversion

    Early-disengagement signal, assessment-load map and workload meter on one programme, an evaluation design, and your recommendation to the cohort. Alternatively research-funded.

  3. Core

    €3 per seat per year

    The semester pass for every student; governance (data-processing agreement, CH/EU hosting, minimum group size of five); coach tooling; adoption reporting; pilot fee credited on conversion. Minimum €900. €2.50 from 2,000 seats. €2 under a framework agreement. −15% on a three-year term. Or €0.40 per seat per month.

  4. Success

    +€4 per seat per year

    The early-disengagement signal per section; student-initiated support requests with referral counts; a semester evaluation pack. Never a list of names.

  5. Quality

    +€3 per seat per year

    The assessment-load map with what-if; the workload meter and a mid-semester pulse to instructors; an accreditation evidence pack; priority support with an SLA.

  6. Integrity

    +€1 per seat per year

    Per-assignment rules for assessed work, shown at the point of work and acknowledged by the student; coverage reporting; the staff AI-literacy record required by Article 4 of the EU AI Act.

Prices are per seat. Students never pay when their institution covers them.
