Latte was born in Lausanne, in a first year where everything about a course lived in six places — Moodle, mail, a Telegram group, a syllabus PDF, a slide deck and the professor's mouth — and none of them was the day.
We spoke with students across schools and fields about how they actually keep track, and kept hearing the same thing: the list itself is the stressor. So we did not build one more tool. We built the calm layer between a course and a student's day.
Latte stays free for students and free of engagement tricks. Schools pay for what only a whole cohort on Latte can show them, never for anything about one student.
